    a guy named 외과 의사™ bet me a stout shako and hat with no name in a spycrab match, on an unusual trading server. He then got 3 and said no you lost, and left the server.

    Can't find his profile though since it's in a different language.

    You really should have screenshotted the conversation. You might be able to find his profile via the recent players tab on the steam overlay.
