My bad for being too lazy with adding this info the first time. I met him on TF2TP. He offered on my Craft 59 Dashin Hashashin. He offered me a White Bill's Hat and we began trading and he put in the White Bill's at first and some random weps. Then he said hold up a second and quickly switched the White Bill's out with Scottish Handshake while typing asdasdasdasdasd as you can see from the previous picture. I didn't accept the trade and closed it immediatly and tried to type to him but he wouldn't answer afterwards.
