Dear Steamrep, I got scammed off my unusual Whoopee Cap last night by a user named SIGGEE1. Here is his profile http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198069222258.. I feel ashamed and I just dont understand.. I said I was Selling my unusual Whoopee Cap with Blizardly Storm effect in a Trade Plaza when he traded me. I put up my Unusual Whoopee Cap, and he put up some cheap weapons, while this unusual is about 1 pair of earbuds and a bills hat.. I took off my unusual and put something else up asking if he wanted that instead.. He said sure, but then it traded my unusual instead anyway even when I took it off! I asked him kindly if I got trade his stuff back for the Unusual but he never responded to my trades or comments.. I am very upset and confused.. Please help me Steamrep!! -CHR|$
