I barely put the hat up on TF2 Outpost and i got a invite from him, after i told him i rather have him give the payment first he insisted on saying that the person who is buying the hat is in more danger then the one receiving the money. After he said that he will stay by me until the payment has made it to me he left unadding me and blocked me

i got information after by doctorsteve that he was a confirmed scammer right after the trade
