How in the world was it 'improper format'? The screenshots are almost all nearly in order as best I could. Wish they told us and didn't just label it. He went first, paid, and I gave him the items in 100 amount increments because trade was extremely buggy. Then I got a message from paypal saying he charged back. If there is ANYTHING I can do, please let me know by posting or add me!! I can't believe this guy charge backed $110... omfg

Hello, I know it's off topic but, what happens when you're charged back? Are you forced to send the money back?
Basically, you get the money, you give them the items. They usually wait a few days and then suddenly, there is a 'hold' on the money they gave you. Paypal then reviews if it is legit (and for digital items, the scammers 90% will get the money back), so I'll probably be screwed in the end. I'm just hoping they mark him as a scammer, I've been watching him and he continues to make trades and what-not.
