This guy adds me and offers $145USD for my hat, a great price. Check him out, seems pretty suspicious, so start taking screenshots. Profile is private, new, no friends, ect He offers to use middleman, so i find one from SOP. Tell him who it is, and he invites me to group chat with the 'middleman' Obviously not the real one, as profile is private. Middlemans name was "Dignity` B> Crate#40 Stranges" if that matters. One of the screenshots is the fake private profile. I know this probably won't stop this guy as he'll just make another account, but I wanted to do something.

You must always check SteamRep, and make sure you are dealing with. Since there was a middleman involved, can you please add the middleman's SteamRep information, so he can be marked. Thanks!

He was never involved in the trade/scam Just to clarify: Talking to covenalex (first guy) He starts group chat. Fake Middleman enters. He was never on my friends list and had a private profile, so couldnt get steam info. I did not go through with the trade.
