Improper Format ? (?)

He passed off a Russian copy of Borderlands 2 for an American copy and repetetively told me it was legit until I did the trade at which point I knew he lied to me. It adds to my library even if I can't install so I lost the 2 bud hat which I had worked for. This has been notified to Steam Support and they are also taking neccessary action. He also blocked me immidietly after the scam.

I also have a video as I was recording (I was suspicious as you can see in the video until he tells me they all look like this and you can see that I run through them to see and decide to do it. He lied.)



Thank you for looking into and taking action against the person who lost me the thing that I worked so long for and the chance to play Borderlands 2 with my friend who just got bone cancer (why I was willing to do the overpay of a 2 bud hat for a 40 key game, didn't care. I wanted to play with my friend as soon as I found out and didn't have the money to just buy a copy.)
