I placed an ad on TF2 Outpost stating that I was looking for Festive Weapons, and that I was willing to trade craft hats, or PayPal monies. The offender, 'Hon Safers' on PayPal and 'Francis' on Steam contacted me over Steam chat saying that he had all of the Festives, one being strange, and he would sell me them all for $20. I was only interested in a few at the time so I picked out a few, and we agreed on $10. I sent him the money on PayPal. Soon after, he stated that he needed to restart his router. Ive been sitting here for almost an hour now, and I have no doubt that I have just been scammed. I mean, I am thankful that it's only $10, but it still hurts. I am willing to answer any questions, or provide anything I can. I do realize this site labels him as a scammer, however I never knew about this site, or his status until after this already happened.
