    Appeal description:
    He sent me $30 via PayPal, saying to sell him 15 keys, I mis understood and I bought keys off of OPSkins, and then he freaked out. I tried giving him keys back but he continued to argue with me so I got tired of it and left. I'd be happy to give them back and repay him if this can be over.​

    4. A mixup as you claim?
    • You unquestionably lied about receiving the funds.
    • Spent the funds instead of holding them pending resolution of the issue.
    • Attempted to extort him to recoup any of his loss.
    No, this was flat out fraud. You should have repaid prior to appealing such an ugly case.
