Appeal description:

The account that was marked as a scammer 76561198061204968 was my brothers account when he first started to play tf2, then when he got scammed he wanted to get his items back so he tried to scam people but he told be he could has scammed 2 unusuals from a guy but told him he was just trying to scam him and he felt bad. So when he did get marked and banned from tf2 outpost he made a couple of alt accounts and used my account to try and trade but i got banned from tf2 outpost because of him, i did not know i was banned in till i started playing tf2 again and like trading so when i found out i was banned i tried to get myself unbanned but tf2 outpost said no so i made a alt account to just play tf2 and have fun trading.​
