    Appeal description:
    First of all it was not a scam, i had to chargeback because i lost my wallet nothing more.

    The image number 1 is when the problem started.
    the image number 2 and 3 is when im repaying him.​

    After a review of the report/taking into account the appeal, I am unable to consider this appeal.
    SR, by policy, does not grant RWC (real world currency) related offenses.
    I understand you made arrangements to repay and I am not making any judgements today whether the initial chargeback was intentional or not. (you provided nothing supporting either-way)
    Long and short, Paypal scammer or lost wallet, its been almost a year, its simply way beyond any reasonable time-frame to have repaid and or otherwise resolve the issue on your own.

    Denied.
