This user added me wanting to buy 2 copies of Rome 2 pre orders.
His offer was too low for me, but I told him that if he gave me the genuines, and his friend who he was going to gift the other copy to, also gave me them. I put my trust in him as he is an ex pro player, so I did not take a screenshot. It turns out that the items are untradeable so I told him to wait a week and see if they would become tradeable. After a week he removes me and the conversation is when I added him back.

the arranged agreement was i install tf2 and wait 1 week to unlock the implied items you get free in game. after 1 week the items were still untradeable and i am not obligated to do jack s✿✿✿ in regards to anything. even until this day there still not trade-able. someone can resolve this as the kid was "paid in full" in keys for the 2 copies of rome total war and this was merely sweets in the mix following his specific instructions. not my problem his instructions lacked details in regards to anything, that's negligence on his part not mine.
