This tag was applied to my name, without my knowing, due to some potential combination of misspelling (by the OP) and/or attempted impersonation (by the REAL scammer). As can plainly be seen in Fig A, the OP, beanboy, even revokes his original statement, regarding the user being named "TomaMoto" and actually never provides any evidence to implicate me personally. Please see Beanboy's 3rd entry where he states:

"Disregard that, that is not the man. He has a similar name though. Tomomoto or something."

Note the spelling is "Tomomoto" with 4 Os. My name contains only 3.

PS: While I understand that my attitude may not appreciated, it seems unfair that I should have to go through this kind of effort to clear my name when no evidence was even raised against me in the first place. I hope that you have reviewed your process for marking individuals as scammers since this claim was initially made.
