Seems like an active account with games, which was why i was fooled to go first in the trade. My fault in not checking his rep here first since i wasn't trading an expensive game but still doesn't justify his action. He offered a giftable (but not tradeable dota), which did exist in his inventory but deleted/blocked me after i traded him my game. (of course i didn't received my game.) I noticed his offense on steamrep was attempted game scam, but since he did scam me so his offense shouldn't be just an attempt but actually scamming, so as to warn the others.
