The person whom reported this has had his key for weeks now since the day he started the thread, and even posted in the thread he had his key. I give away thousands in games a week and am no scammer. Please have me removed from the list.

Original reporter overreacted, I did receive a PM shortly after from the victim that the trade was completed. CD key trades are not covered by our Investigation Policy bar implied or explicit admittance. In this case, it looks like an unsuccessful troll. Appealer has been cautioned about proper decorum in trades to ensure buyer is comfortable.
