I sold him a Raincatcher Harvest Moon and he tolded to me that he want to give 200 USD, but after giving him Unusual he gived me 20 usd and he also removes me .

He only gived me 20 USD , i said 200 and he did 20 . Great trader.

Could you please provide:
a) pictures of your inventory history showing that you traded what you said you did
b) pictures showing details of that paypal transaction (You can hide your personal info)
c) pictures of chat showing that you wanted to get 200$ and he/she agreed to pay it

I said to him i want 210 USD for it and he said 200USD And i will do it.
He also don't want middleman he said don't trust them .

Well ... If you don't provide pictures of chat, it can be really hard to judge if it was a scam or not.

Good people do get accused of scamming, so chat logs are essential. When next doing trades, especially with high value items, screen shot all chat to avoid these types of situations.

I did not say that he/she is a good person. I just asked you for pictures of chat because they are required.

Well then there is nothing that can be done. sorry this happened to you. Like I said before, screenshot every trade you do from now on. I know it seems unfair but full proof is needed.

First off I have been an avid trader since day 1 of this game, my source op is clean & steam rep has always been clean. All of my unusual's & other high end items have been acquired legitly either through unboxing, paypal & just straight up trading. I'm not sure if OP is aware of this but there are some great tools out there detecting scammers, alts & inoccent people, etc... The unusual that OP claimed i have scammed has never been in his inventory http://www.tf2items.com/item/1400412339 Kab00m or who ever he is seems like a 12 year old unprofessional troll. He is currently banned from outpost for being an "alt" account http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/149935 Also he has only 200 hours total playtime which makes it fishy to how he could even acquire such a high end item with absolutely no rep page. And also he is on trade probation by valve right now for attempting to scam or possibly did scam. This guy is just trolling on me and it is not very tolerable in this type of situation.

Oh one more thing, the paypal name in that pic is not me. My name is Charlie like it says in my profile my steam profile.

Hmm this is why chat is needed, die star please screenshot your trade history also. If you don't this person will not be reported.

DieStar provided a screenshot of their trade history in an earlier post; it showed a trade with 'bluehawk' for an unusual renamed 'Pirates of the Carribean'. However, it might be helpful to upload another screenshot with the cursor over the unusual in the trade history, as it should bring up a bubble showing an image of the hat and its details.

I did a bit of digging and can confirm one thing, the hat in question has been in kb00ms backpack as shown here;

Then i had a talk with the person bluehawk sold the HM RC to and he said you seemed in quite the hurry to sell it, wich is rather suspicious in my opinion

It would have been less hard to figure out if there was a scam or not if we had the chat with the trade agreement, but i do request of bluehawk to post a screenshot of his trade history as this will show if he actually traded with kb00m as this seems the case from the victims screenshots.
