Description: I am not the victim here. But I have come across this trade on outpost : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1590215 . It sounded to me like he sharked it. (He changed the notes now, but previously it said something along the lines of "got this for 9 refs"). So I decided to check it's item history and it's previous owner. I added the previous owner(victim) and he told me he was told his stormy storm handle was worth only the amount of items (below). Since the victim did not know any better, he went along with the trade. The victim does not have the chatlog but if you look at his items, all he does not have over a bill's worth of items.
