He scammed me. I added him on outpost, he asked in borrow (sorry for my bad english) a High 5 Taunt, I borrowed to him that, he blocked me and refuse to give that to me.
I don't have the full conversation but you can easily find proofs on his outpost (I'm marking him as a scammer).

Since, SteamREP admins aren't doing anything about spycrab runners and overall scammers. I've taken it into my own hands, partly trying to see if i can catch them in the act and send the report over to some GHS admins i know, word spreads fast of shitty scammers.
