Here is a picture of him trying to scam me:

So, out of thin air, this guy added me and said he can give me free stuff. Obviously I knew it was a scam because its impossible to do that I'm pretty sure. So I wanted to bait him and get information out of him for proof then report him. I checked his steam rep and he wasn't marked as a scammer. So, he said he could give me free steam money. He said he could give me 1000 euros cause he can generate steam money. BUT he listed that he wanted my champ stamp, baloonicorn, track terroizer. I acted like I was a beginner and said " I can give you my pyro vision goggles." But he insisted he needed a misc. So he tried to scam me but offering money he won't give for an item in my backpack.​

This is the second time I posted this because the first time I had an improper format. It's in the improper format section. If anybody knows how to delete that post, please tell me.​

Everything seems to be in line. Sorry that it has taken so long for someone to look at this. I will bring it to an SR admin's attention asap. Thank you for the report.
