So the user came onto the unnumbered Beerspub TF2 server (68.232.181.76:27015). My volume was down very low at the time, but I heard a high pitched voice yell something about noclip. I assumed that the user was complaining about my ninja leaping around the map, and I also had a suspicion that the user was underage, so I turned up my speakers. I heard some other user say "under 18, off the mic" and then Falcon say "Selling noclip for three scrap!" He then put the message into the chat.

Hello, can you link the user being impersonated here?

He wasn't impersonating any specific person. He was simply claiming to be an admin, and was claiming that he had the ability to sell noclip.

This is similar to how a person convicted of officer impersonation does not need to be impersonating any specific officer; he simply needs to claim to be a police officer.

Then can you prove he's not part of the admin staff?

I would not have banned him if he were not an admin?
