I trade via periods. Sometimes I'm all over it for months, sometimes I don't touch it for months. One thing for sure though is that I have never, ever done anything to mess with my rep.

I can't remember when it was, anymore than it was for sure over a year ago. When the noisemakers glitch was going on and people could do unlimited noisemakers in TF2. I was in a UHC or UTC, (I can't remember what, I think it's changed over time) server and I got banned for I believe 2-3 days or a week for spamming noisemakers (I personally don't even think I did it THAT much to warrant a ban) by I think, Cloudy or some admin.

Since that happened, I got a UHC Caution mark on me which is totally just. come the **** on. I am getting marked as being a possibly not so trustworthy trader, because some admin had little patience for one too many noisemakers.

Which was made June 3rd, 2011. I believe I made it not too long after I discovered I had UHC Caution. I let it slide for the most part for so long because it didn't seem such a big deal. But nonetheless, I would like this cleared. It's long overdue.

I have never, ever scammed nor would I ever. I even have the explanation for the UHC Caution on my page. It's total bs.

If it was for spamming noisemakers then why has it taken you this long to appeal your mark? If I discovered I had a caution tag I would apologise, and try to get it removed as quicky as possible, if the story goes as you say it does I would think you are being downright flippant.
Also from doing a quick check you had a 1 week ban starting 01-30-11 02:26 for ' Ignore admins' by ROCAFELLA I don't see anything about Cloudy, or noisemakers there.

Petty details I overlooked. I stated why it took me so long. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. I wasn't doing intense trades and I couldn't really figure out how to undo it so I just rode with it. I let people go first in all the trades, started a rep thread, etc.. It wasn't like I was unable to trade, so I didn't think much of it. Also, I work for the most part out of state so time to time I am too busy to keep up with such a thing.

How you'd handle something is how "you'd" handle something. I am me. I do things my own way. Better or not -- doesn't matter. But pretty much the "ignore admins" is proof enough I think for this to warrant a removal. It was all about the noisemakers. Nothing to do with trading at all.

ROCAFELLA, Cloudy, Scooby doo, etc.. I don't know or really care. I wasn't THAT into the server where I knew who was running what or whatever. And this was a long time ago. The only admin I can remember is cloudy. If you'd have asked me if ROCAFELLA was one I'd have said maybe, maybe not/I don't know.

But yeah. Why they chose "Ignore admins" I don't know. Perhaps they don't have many options to choose from when banning. Perhaps the guy was lazy. Perhaps he wanted a more legit sounding reason for banning rather than "Annoying me with noisemakers"

I'm as legit as it can get when it comes to trading. I don't joke with my account. I've had it since 2005. I have 146 games that I bought and more to come. I'd never do something to taint it, at least not on purpose. Accidents happen like this. I'm trying to get a community going myself and break into things like streaming, youtube videos, etc.. There's no one on earth you could get to say a bad thing about what it's like trading with me unless you paid them to lie about it, or maybe a friend would act for you so you could sham a win or something.

I don't even really know who checks the appeal. Whatever you need though -- I'm an open book about any of this. I've got nothing to hide.
