To the SteamRep administrator concerning this appeal,

I am the parent and natural guardian of 'Lamb' (also known as 'Łąmb'), who has been judged as being an SR Scammer by administrator, Ðiego™. Note that I am not here representing 'Lamb' as a third party. I am here communicating on her behalf as translator. 'Lamb' hereby attests that the following statement is true and to the best of her recollection.

On Wednesday, 9 May 2012 at 7:55 PM (EST), steam user 'HeartBeat (PyroGirl)' (hereafter referred to as 'Heart') initiated a conversation with 'Lamb' over the Steam client, regarding the trading of certain items.​

After lengthy trade negotiations, an agreement was reached as to how the transaction would take place. This transaction did not violate the steam subscriber agreement nor the steam online conduct rules.​

On Thursday, 10 May 2012 at approximately 4:20 PM (EST), the first half of the agreed upon transaction was complete (i.e., the transaction of Dead Space from user 'Heart' to user 'Lamb'). At approximately 4:25 PM (EST) of the aforementioned date, the second half of the agreed upon transaction was complete (i.e., the transaction of two Vintage Bill Hat's and one Lumbricus Lid).​

At this point 'Heart' attempts to blackmail 'Lamb' into giving him his remaining items, with the threat of falsely accusing him of scamming by using selective evidence.​

At 4:39 PM (EST) of the aforementioned date, 'Lamb', on the advice of a mutual friend (mentioned in Exhibit Number 1 as 'Cain'), proceeds to block and delete 'Heart' after recording the entirety of the conversation.​

This ordeal has caused 'Lamb' a lot of distress. I, on the behalf of 'Lamb', request a timely amendment to the SteamRep reputation status given to 'Lamb', as well as punishment given to 'Heart' for his misconduct (in any form deemed appropriate by the concerning SteamRep administrator).
