    This was my second time in a short time to got scrammed (first). I'm so frustrated in trade and in people.
    My first report is not reviewed so I have a bad feeling about this reporting thing, but I'm taking one more chance.
    So after all what should I do now? Where is the justice? I think I will start to scram too, because there is no punishment at all. :(

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
