Improper Format 76561197976204774 (-=GBH=-HellBoy)

This person scammed me of an item from Team Fortress 2. He said he was going to pay me with real-world money for my hat. At this point, I didn't know he was going to scam me, for I have never been scammed with the money scam before. He said to download TeamViewer, so he took control of my computer. He proceeded to trade my item, without paying the money he promised, and continued to trade all my other items. He then traded my item to a different account, which I have found here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5584053.

The item is mine, for if you click it, it says my username, with the same original ID as my ID.
