Okay, So this guy named Wheatly scammed me and my friend out of an unusual virtual reality ( Bubbles ), 2 flip flops (dirty), Bills hat painted white, 12 keys, and my friend's entire backpack. He changed his name from GN to Wheatly. But you might be wondering, DUDE HOW DO YOU KNOW ITS HIM THERE IS SO MANY WHEATLYS ON STEAM?! Well, he owns a pocket purrer, crafted by my friend. My friend being Krumg1 . Wheatly owns several items from Krumg1.
Krumg1 had a Strange scatter gun named Gabe Newell's demise. Wheatly has this item. One of the dirty flip flops, and 2 keys were mine. He said and I quote "you got 2 hours to get 10 keys, or you're banned."
He keepped on say "The boss admin will like this, But he needs more."
I hope someone looks into this. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Forgot to mention he pretended to be admin, he never mentioned why my friend was in trouble, he's not on the list of admins or middlemans, and at one point he said he was gonna ban my friend so we accepted the fate but he was never banned

Just to be 100% sure this is the same Wheatley you're talking about, could you go to your trade history, find the trade, and click his username just to be sure it's him?

1.) Snipping
2.) Press the print screen button on your keyboard, go to MS Paint and paste it, save it as .jpg, then use a site such as imagur to upload it

my friend cannot provide a picture of him giving his entire bp due to his internet. but i do have the trade history for the keys. I held on to the keys for krumg1 cause he was going offline so he wanted me to give the keys

He kept changing his name saying, Oh no! You talked about me being a rep! My leader will ban both of us! The next day I wasnt banned and somehow I had a friend named Wheatly And im thinking: who is this? So then he talks about how I was tansferred to him. So somehow Gman_ got in trouble and he said you owe my leader 10 keys in 1 hour or your banned, the hour passed and he wasnt on for 1 day, the day after that he wasn't on my friends list (this was after I gave all the stuff Gman_ listed above).

Wheatly was changing his name.
