Hi there,
I was tagged as a scammer quite a while ago and have since appealed and had that appeal denied. After a conversation with HelenAngel a while ago and atom earlier today, I have been told that I may appeal again.

The original reason for my tag was due to me scamming atom. I made an agreement with him to trade for an unusual hat and, towards the end of the negotiations he offered to accept my offer straight away if I added 5 keys into my offer. I agreed and went ahead with the trade. I then, very foolishly, decided that he had been trying to shark me and it wasn't worth the extra 5 keys when he was going to accept my offer anyway. I then waited a very long time and, after one of his friends contacted me and tried to get me in contact with him, I found that I couldn't (due to the way steam handles people you've blocked) and decided that I couldn't do anything. I finally managed to get hold of atom after I was banned from tf2tp.com where he left me a link to his profile.
What I did was wrong and stupid. What is possibly worse is that it took me over 5 months to realise this and rectify the situation by giving atom the 5 keys he was owed.

During my original appeal with Noobinator I was informed that if I were to stay out of trouble and try back again in a year then something might be done at your discretion. Whilst I don't have the chat logs of the appeal I recall him saying that he didn't think I was a bad or malicious person (or words to that effect) and atom has made similar statements recently. I am not a scammer, nor have I ever set out to be. I made a very foolish decision and have done my best to rectify the situation. I have taken part in no instances of behaviour that could be considered even dishonest before or since the regrettable incident with atom and would like a chance to continue this without a scammer tag that bans me from servers (even non-trade servers) and stops me even trading with friends.

If there is anything I can do that would be helpful in your review of this case please let me know, otherwise I shall await your decision.

Ha, just tried looking for a Pyro coat and am banned on TF2OP. Just wanted to see if this appeal thing is still going... Been 15 months now =
