So we agreed on 22.5m for bills hat and I went first and he accepted all was good. We then agreed on 35m for the Strange Machina, I was going first again and I traded him the Strange Machina and he said omg lagg (as seen in the screen shots) and then he blocked communications and removed me. He then immediately changed his name to Swag. Several hours later I noticed he made his steam page public, and had changed his name yet again, this time to TweeZ OG. I went into his Tf2 game and called him out as a scammer and he got defensive and tried to deny it until the entire server began to smack talk him for scamming and he left. My Strange Machina has a unique description on it, only really means something to me and a friend it says "Boom Roasted..." so if anyone gets traded that its a scammed item. And sorry it said a short description and I wrote a paragraph.
