A few years ago I went into one of the UHC trade servers, since I was interested in unusual hats in general and such, and enjoyed watching peoples unusuals. As I wanted one by myself, I started to think whether I'd buy one (with PayPal) or not, well I found an unusual I liked. It was one of the admins who was selling it (I don't remember who, but that was the same guy who reported me I recall) and I was asking him lots of questions about how the trading would proceed, with middlemen etc.

Admittedly, by asking these questions, I was trying to find a way to do a trade with a middleman of my choice etc. but the guy got suspicious (and rightely so, tbh) so he banned me since he percieved it as I was interesting in scamming scam. At that time I thought I deserved it, since what I did was stupid and asked unnecessary questions that was percieved as suspicious, but I was curious, and was punished by being permanently banned from the UHC server.

What I didn't know was that I was also reported as a scammer, and when UHC disappeared in 2011, they released their list and so I was marked as a scammer in almost every trading site (thus not being able to trade efficiently) and banned from a lot of servers (like LethalZone, making it hard if not impossible to play on pickup sites that use LethalZone servers) so needless to say, the consequences were quite harsh.

I do admit that what I did was stupid, but that was 2 years ago, and I didn't successfully scam anyone (however by the admin it was considered a scam attempt so I understand his POV) and haven't since, and I hope that I could be "forgiven" for a stupid decision I made a long time ago, so that I can proceed to trade and play on servers that others normally do.

I know that there's probably not much information available on my case (since UHC went down 2 years ago, and I can't even remember the name of the admin who reported me, my bad), and I've been really lazy by not appealing earlier, but hopefully you can help me.
