As you are aware, this is a very valuable hat. Up until 2/2/2013, he had this hat in his inventory. When I added him (yes, he removed me), he declined my invite. I then contacted one of my friends who was also friends with him. I told them to let 2+2=3 know that I would like my hat back as he didn't keep his side of the deal. Surprisingly, the hat was gone from his inventory when i woke up on 2/3/2013. Coincidence? I think not. I could have cared less if it was anything else but this hat was given to me by a very dear friend of mine before she left steam. I don't think it's fair for someone to give something in a trade and be screwed. Info about me: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198038128826 Owner of ElitePowered
Can you please provide screenshots of the agreement, as well as any screenshots of chats, Paypal, etc?
That's the best i can offer as far as proof goes. I'm a trusting person and it's hard to predicting that someone will screw me over like that.
After discussing this in depth with both parties, it has been determined that this case is outside of SteamRep's jurisdiction. We are sorry we cannot assist you further.
