Steam account & email were both hijacked in December 2011, resulting in losing all unusuals, stranges, and vintages (1st & 2nd screenshot). Steam support reset passwords on the account and acknowledged the account had been hijacked (3rd screenshot), and were kind enough to restore the unusuals and then were stolen again (4th screenshot) leaving only stranges and genuine items.
