I was originally accused by Steam as having hijacked a friend's account, and to the best of my knowledge this was also why I was banned from TF2OP (and hence here). I tried appealing my ban on the outpost but they did not believe me and blocked my appeal. I have explained to steam my situation and relationship with the 'hijacked' account and they unblocked me yesturday. I have attached my support ticket below (obsuring any personal details - for security reasons, however, I can provide these if necessary).

As per request (in the rules) I have ticked the "Watch this thread..." button and am pretty much always online, so I can guarantee speedy co-operation as needed.

Sorry to bump this, I know admins are very busy with Appeals, but its been a month and a half since I made this appeal.
