Description :
Guy going as "qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq", now cUBE, offers Bill's hat for "any non-dirty", wants several hats I put up at his request, accepts, and repeatedly tries to swap out bills hat for crate while the trade is going through, and takes off when I call him out on it.
