Description:
I haven't made any contact with this person but their profile looked almost exactly the same as a scammer that scammed me before which I posted a report for: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561197996453929-anon.13537/
Notice the number of hours are very low on both accounts even though they're both old accounts, almost the same name, same profile picture, same and only steam group and same country. There seems to be too much similarities between these two accounts.
