My account got hacked and used to impersonate a trusted SOP seller (whose SOP account got hacked), I am in contact with steam support and they are investigating (http://i.imgur.com/zFbTF.png) I got hacked myself, I was able to locate stolen goods to a sock account had a chat with the hacker he just mocked me.
I was unbanned from tf2outpost by mod wiki, this hacker is a real pain in the ass.

do note, the hacker somehow used my computer as a proxy, I know this because my cousin is an IT technician, he reformatted my computer and made the diagnosis.

fairly sure that's impossible without actually having physical access to your network

I don't know how it works, this is what my cousin says:

"i monitored traffic and notice 'iexplorer.exe' the virus file, listening for requests and once received a request which seems to be http protocol data encrypted with base64, it would be then requested by 'iexplorer.exe' and then sends the response in base64 to the origin."

I don't understand half of this, so if you need i can give you my cousins email you can talk to him more detail.

it means:
the hijacker used a trojan to monitor your info (could be keylogger) and then sent the data periodically to a web server
