I looked him up on SteamRep, and he's clean. Maybe this is his first attempt when he heard about it from his two scammer friends? Who knows. Maybe he's posting with an alternate account. Regardless, this should be taken care of. If there's any other evidence that is required, don't hesitate to ask. Although, I don't know what else I can provide to further help the investigation. Well, it seems that a moderator on TF2op.com has banned the guy and permanently removed his message.
The screenshot is still provided.. and if you want the actual evidence, try to get it from a TF2op moderator.
You guys should've hopped in this faster. le sigh
