The past 2 weeks I have been infected with a RAT(I only just found this out, did not know at the time), for those of you who do not know it's when somebody has a virus on your computer and can view what you are doing live and keylogs all your information. I was keylogged by a fellow member of my gaming community who is now perm-banned, he was claiming to give out a program that helped idling easier on TF2.
I logged in after being locked out for over 4 days and hadn't gotten around to playing any games really so I had no way to realize that I had any extra items. I bumped up my post on tf2outpost about selling a few items that I had gotten from an unusual that is on youtube if you do not believe. Less then 10 minutes after bumping my trade, I had gotten an "offer" on it. It was a guy saying "known scammer" or something along those lines and when I went to go respond I was permed off outpost.
I have reviewed the complaint against me and "Phyber Optix"(who I dont even know and has since been removed) and saw that the trade was over 10 refined. Now I do not want any trouble and I will gladly give the metal back to White Rabbit if it ensures my account will be free to go.
If you do not believe that I was hacked I may have some evidence to support my case, for example I have about 3-5 emails over the past few days from the "steam guard" asking me to confirm that I was the owner of the account. I have a few other emails from my other accounts on other websites, and I had to call webster and lock my log in because my bank account got drained $30.

Anything I can do to help White Rabbit get his items back and me have all this put behind me I am willing to do. Thanks for reading

I also advised him to fill out a Steam support ticket regarding having lost control of his account, which he did so.

I also have an issue with Bron, where he also posed to be General. The items now exist in another account though, a second account owned by PhyberOptix.

Can any staff members please look at the response on my ticket from Steam? Helen said as long as they confirm that my account was hijacked I will be unbanned.

It has been 3 weeks since I made this appeal, it is really making it hard to trade as it makes me look like a scammer. I already have screenshots of steam answering and confirming my ticket about my account being hijacked. Can somebody please take 5 minutes to read my replies and see that this has been resolved and I should be unbanned.

I picked this one up.

Everyone scammed got items back, no other reports found, support tic is legit. Try not to get hacked again.
