Firstly I understand that UHC cases are no longer handled by steamrep, but I urge you to please review the case once.
My brother was using my steam account a while back and was playing on a Unusual Hat Club server. Another player was apparently randomly spamming with "selling Obama family jewels", eventually my brother decided to be funny and responded with "selling stolen credit cards", in hindsight this was definitely a stupid move. The admin thought this was a genuine offer and banned my id off the server. My brother claims to have appealed once but the details aren't clear.

No idiot in his right mind would claim to be selling stolen credit cards on a public server. It was merely a joke that unfortunately did not come out right.
Please reconsider the case and I hope you revoke the scammer status
