Description :

I was looking to trade my unusual , and i see his trade on trading post , i made him an offer for his lvl 100 Buds .
After some time he added me and said that he'll give me his lvl 100 buds for my unusual , i said to him that i changed my mind and that i want the maxx head ( he also had a maxx head in his trade ) , after that he removed me . I did a big mistake here and i close the chat window , thats why i dont have a ss of the conversation .
I added him again after like 20 seconds , continued with whats in the chat log ss .
I checked his steam profile , he had like 300 rep comments , i wouldnt even imagine him doing this , and i didnt bother to check the buds ( i know big mistake ) , thats why i accepted . And basically he gave me lvl 50 ones instead the lvl 100 ones he said .
From my pint of view he basically took advantage of steam not having chat logs and me trusting his reps .

Thanks for reporting. After reading the transcript of the chat it is obvious that you did not ask for the level 100 buds until after the trade was completed.
