Scam: Paypal chargeback/unauthorized payment claim

Added me from outpost, and I sold him 3 buds after many, many delays from him. Later, found that an Unauthorized Payment claim was filed.

Had to head off after doing that trade. Have not seen him online when I got back on, so I haven't been able to communicate with him about this, but this does strike me as very suspicious right off the bat.

He came back on and proceeded to ask me to sell him more buds, and played dumb when confronted by the chargeback, and proceeded to remove me claiming he would restart steam.
