Yes, i scammed a was a long time, it was me, But i have changed, I'm not scamming anymore. Furthermore i bought a lot of keys and some stuff via paypal and there was no problem. You can check my paypal account becuase i have a verified paypal account: [email protected]
In the old post i recognised my fault, and the admin said that i have to wait 9 months to re-appeal and maybe downgrade to sop caution, I was agreed with this and now im re-appeling.
I behaved well during these 9 months and i will keep it up. I dont know if i diserve a second chance but i want to know it. Thanks to SR

i would say you return all you scammed from the people before you try to ask for an appeal.

as a Scammer tag will NOT be removed if you can refund the items you stole to the rightfull owners

Sure I would like to refund the items that i scammed but i do not remember the people who i scammed becuase i scammed on trades server almost 3 years ago. Anyways I scammed only craftable hats, not to much stuff, I didn't stole promos and unusuals.
I'll try to find the people who i scammed.
