Hello i really wanted to sell this bounty hat but Bubbles asked me only if i am selling it and i said yes then he just gave me gift wrap without saying nothing HE JUST GAVE ME IT so i decided to take it because i have had the same situations a lot of times when i wanted to but dangeresquee too? i was writing to steam i had screenshots and they do TOTALLY nothing so when he has just gave me that wrap i decided to take ONLY one wrap from many i lost trying to get shaders for demo so Please go catch real scammers I AM NOT A SCAMMER please unban me on tf2tp or something you did i promise i wont do it again i just wanted to get back my 1 wrap in the same way as scammers do but it was different anyway he gave me that without saying nothing he dont have screenshot from trade and conversation so he cant prove it i can do the same to someone i dont like i will give him a wrap and report him here ... Please forgive me i am saying truth and i dont want to be banned on Steam trade .
I will give back that wrap to BUBBLES and say SORRY.

Burden of proof is on you to prove your innocence, as the above sequence of events should not have happened for someone who's trying to legitimately trade.

Not at all anyway I said that is my false and I promise will never do this again it happened only 1 time now I have an experience about trading and I know it is wrong I just want to do trades again as normal tf2 player not as scammer just untag me and I will give that wrap to bubbles back
Please I have a lesson now. I am candid with You that really mean I want good for both sides

1) Your thinking just makes me laugh... Really? That is a really poor excuse.
2) You admit on taking the wrap for your own usage...
3) You have not shown any understanding of the situation, and you have not proved yourself.
TLDR; You just don't give wrap back to the person you scam, it just isn't as easy as that.

Did you return the giftwrap?

Also, i can't find any trade of the gift wrap of the victim, so i guess we need to hear the victim about the gift wrap.

User added me out of the blue.

He has returned the giftwrap. But did so using the account which was stated by Evanescence.

Added additional alt account to his profile.

Decided to handle this on the spot.

The appealer through admittance did scam a giftwrap. Taking into account that he did return the giftwrap to the victim, I believe he showed genuine remorse through the process. I placed a conditional arrangement on his scammer tag for possible downgrade at a later date, with specific instructions. If they aren't met, the tag will be permanent. No more chances.

I have determined one of accounts was indeed his brother and I am satisfied in clearing its scammer status. However I have stressed SR policy in regards to trading with marked scammers. The brother does run a risk of getting himself remarked if he does assist Kris in moving items in between accounts as what was admitted. This activity must stop in the time frame which I have specified to the appellant.

Appeal denied with conditions. Best of luck to you sir.
