As you can see by the screenshots he scammed me with a pair of gifted buds. I did not see they were gifted, until the last moment. I have stated in my post on a trading site that I wouldn't accept gifted buds.

I'm happy to have found this thread so I can have a word in it too. From what I recall there was absolutely no mention about gifted or not gifted items in his post on the trading site at the time of contact, neither there was after as you can see by the chat log . There was an agreement about the price so we traded, an action that requires two confirmation steps: the check of a box and a click on a button. I'm certain that no one can accidentally complete a transaction this way. In my opinion that, by itself, would be enough to dismiss any false acusations such as this. In any case, from my point of view, the user forgot not only to write that he would not appreciate gifted buds in the post but also forgot to check during the trade for something that he didn't even mention in the first place. It's my conviction that I'm not responsible for other people's miscarried actions. There was also absolutely no attempt to fix things in a friendly manner, at the end of the trade the user insulted me wich resulted in me removing him imediately as I do not tolerate disrespect. Later on, when he decided to make this report he added me and I accepted expecting that he would apologize but he was rude once again. If the user had had a correct posture about it I could consider undoing the trade as I have before concerning other misunderstandings but since he was tremendously disrespectful, did not try to resolve things in a friendly way and came behind my back to this forum making such false accusations, I'm not willing to give him a penny back.

I second this request. This guy has been peddling duped/gifted buds. He engages in such dubious activities, then has the audacity to play victim.

We traded fair and square via your bot. There was no mention whatsoever about gifted items in your post or during the transaction. My sales have nothing of ilicit in them and you never approached me with your insatisfaction so I take it badly that you came here to do so. I don't see a problem in doing business with items that few people want, my problem, as it seems, is that most people really don't know what they want, or don't want for that matter.

Beyond your pretentious words, you are no more than a low-life. And I say that with utmost certainty. You did with a doubt go against common community mores. Once again, I second this request.

Sorry but in the chat agreement you didn't actually agreed on a "clean" buds but only a buds.

We cannot prove his intent here.
