So all of this is over one hat? I believe this could be mediated with you getting the missing hat and Mamai not being marked as a scammer. This is 167 items, he could check it hungred times before sending me the money. Also, he didnt mentioned which level tossle he wanted, so i gave him random. Really, if somebody buying hat and dont mention anything about level it means that he dont care about it, right? Even after the payment he didnt asked me to change levels, he just ragequit. I didnt wanted to refund the payment becouse i really needed the money for my ebay purchase. I gave him the items he payed for, thats all. Clean trade. I think that his problem with amount of items and level is just his negligence. Now he is just trying to blame me for his troubles, but he is the only culprit here.
You should have been the one saying " i need to keep the lvl 42 tossle" or else i just assume you are actually giving it to me as part of a deal. That's just common sense i mean no rocket cience or anything. Second of all i dont care if you need the money for a ebay purchase , to eat, to live, whatever if you havent given the items you have no right for that money and therefor should have not caused any obstacles for it's refunding.
Besides, real price of the items that i sold him was much more than he paid becouse that was a sort of quicksalle. So even if he failed becouse of his negligence, he had a profit anyway, so i cant really understand why he was so angry. Here we are talking again and he is trying to make me guilty again.

Ever heard of that saying " Don´t do to other people what you wouldn´t like them to do to you", if you were on my skin would you think it was fair not to get something you payed for???
Just read what he is writing and try to understand what he want. He is saying that he got only 167 items but wanted 168, but from our chat you can see that he wanted exactly 167. He is saying that he wanted EXACTLY 42lvl tossle but he didnt mentioned it before payment and he didnt said anything even in trade, after payment. He just fell into rage, but he could ask me to swap levels or even better, he could just say that he wanted 42 lvl tossle before payment, becouse, actually i wanted more money for it, but he didnt. He is saying that he want refund, but he took my items and trade was ended. He could just dont take my items, go here and say that i took his money and dont want to refund and giving items, that would be a scam. But i gave him items and now he is coming here and saying that i'm a scammer. He is saying that he want me to be scammed for not honoring of original agreement. But what was the agreement? 175$ for 55 vintage hats collection, vintage bills and hats. I gave him this items, he gave me the money. If i were in your skin, first, i would clarify all aspects before making an agreement and sure, before sending money. You know, if you buying duped unusual for 300$ you should check everything before making trade. And if you realised that unusual is duped only after trade then this is your fault(you payed for clean one, but got duped), not seller's, and you cant ask here to make seller marked becouse you accepted trade, you pressed button, it means that you got that you want, if you didnt want it - then you shouldnt have done trade. Second, if seller dont want to refund money(actually, he must not) then you should take items or try to report him and maybe admins will help you to get money. So if i wanted to refund money, i would come here, without items i payed for. Becouse if i already have that i wanted and payed for - what is the problem?
If you really think that i'm scammer - then mark me as scammer. Lets just imagine that i have 2 apples, green(cost 1$) and red(cost 2$). Buyer want 2 red apples, but he says - sell me an apple, please(didnt mentioned which colour, but mentioned that apple will be only one), please. Then i will give him green apple and he will examine this green apple and take it, and give me the money. Trade is done, green apple was sold. And on next day, buyer coming to me and saying - i wanted 2 red apples, but you sold me 1 green, give me 2 red apples instead of 1 green, or i will report you! Funny, isnt it?
we have come to an agreement as in i got refunded and he got his items back the mct middleman thidran will be here shortly to expose the resolution we got. Nevertheless i think this individual is still not comprehending that what he did wrong involved not refunding me and not the fact that i didn´t specify clearly what i wanted. Apreciated all the help from thidran and i recomend a caution tag for the user in question, mamai.

I have been looking over this case in my down time at work as its been an interesting read. It's a real shame that SR had to even be involved in this as we strive to promote trader autonomy. Holding a tag over a traders head is far from fun trading. I find it annoying that each of you threatened the other with tag action, where is the less adversarial, compromise, negotiation and open discourse? What's interesting is that you can strike deals involving 100+ items but can't resolve a simple misunderstanding/miscommunication mishap. Disappointing. Next time Starved be as particular as possible in the initial trade agreement if there is a certain hat which needs to be included. Mamai, if your buyer has an adverse reaction to merely ONE ITEM out of 150+ items, maybe look to resolve it. The excuse of "he sent money, I traded, he got items" wheres thin when a buyer points out a potential error and has this reaction. It is ONE ITEM out of a large trade, learn to trade responsibility and treat your buyers with respect, or no one will want to trade with you. Additionally, Mamai you can place all the 'real world' analogies you like to this situation. It does not override the fact that it is clearly evident that Starved had entered into the deal under the pretence of receiving the lvl 42 v.tossle. I have no doubt that it was his intention in entering the trade that, that particular hat would be included. Your lack of cooperation post-trade leaves no doubt in my mind that there was a breach of the original trade agreement. It is fortunate for yourself that this trade was reverted. A caution tag is not warranted but an eye will be kept on him.
