I was selling an unusual on TF2Outpost and a guy named "13" added me out of nowhere and asked if I was taking offers on my Unusual Furious Fuka w/ Orbiting Fire even though on my trade I specifically said NOT to add me, and offer IN THE COMMENTS. Naturally, I just let it go and asked what he was offering. He told me he was offering a Unusual Batter's Helm. w/ Circling Hearts, which was a good offer, so I accepted it. He sent me a trade request, and I accepted. When in the trade box, I showed him my Unusual and he showed his Unusual Batter's Helm. Right after, he asked me if he could give him a couple of crates to unbox. So I generously agreed and went to check my inventory for crates. Right at the moment I took my crates out from my inventory, he sneakily switched his Unusual Batters Helm. for a regular batter's helm. Fortunately, I saw him switch the hat and asked him to put the Unusual back, and right when I sent the message he quickly canceled the trade, deleted me from his freinds list, and went Offline. He also has 2 scammer freinds which leads to some suspicion. I advise you ban him as soon as possible.

This guy actually got me. Did the same exact thing. I was going to warn you because you looked like an innocent in his friends list. I'm glad you didn't get scammed. He's been reported twice on here and he still hasn't been marked. It seems the account has gone inactive though. Scumbag.

Aw man, that sucks. I saw your report too, that guy is a dick. I am extremely surprised that he is not even marked or the fact that my report is still pending after a month. Either way, I hope he gets banned for life. Nothing is worse than getting the ole' fashioned "quick switch".

Unfortunately, this case lacks evidence.
