Also, he (tagged guy) didnt scam/shark the hat (Darkblaze Powdered Practitioner). Im admin from MCB, have many important contacts and never scam/shark anyone. Umm...Just an observation here:

This "Earl de Spookywood" fellow's Steam account is currently on trade probation.
I'm 99% sure that when you try to trade with someone who's on probation, a box pops up alerting you to this fact.
Maybe you can miss a SteamRep tag, but there's really no missing the warning Steam gives you.

Its just an alert, i didnt scam/shark. Hes not banned yet and he didnt gift his Powdered (now with me). Like i said, i didnt see his tag.

It's an alert from Steam, telling you this person is on trade probation--which is only applied in somewhat serious instances (for example, you aren't going to be put on trade probation for something silly like "sharking", but rather for being involved with something like credit card fraud.) This alert pops up over the trade screen, and you have to close it in order to trade, so you simply couldn't have missed it.

Also, if you're an admin from MCB, shouldn't you really know that trading high-value items with someone who's on trade probation (and also not taking the time to check them for tags) is a bad idea at best? Even if the trade was a fair exchange, I've seen plenty of people get banned for that sort of thing.

People who i sold unusuals paid with "Boleto", most secure payment here (Brazil). This is why i dont have more REP on SteamREP.

The guy has tag and I had not seen. It is already being overseen by Steam, i dont see any problem.
