Details:

I was marked a while back for "Impersonation" and "Possible paypal scam". However, upon reviewing the evidence and accusations, I have found out that there is no creditable evidence that makes me a scammer.

Evidence:

Case A, Impersonation of dmtdude/drunk: This is something that I should have never been marked for. According to SteamRep policy, you do not mark people for changing the name to a community admin. You do not hold the copyrights to the name, and I am free to change my name to whatever I wish, whenever I wish. However, what is something that should be marked, is for intent to scam. I never had attempted/had intent to scam anybody while I had changed my name changed. Therefor, this evidence can be ruled out since it does not show intent to scam.

Case B, Possible Paypal Scam: I have yet to see a thread of evidence of which I had scammed anybody via Paypal, it was a "possible" scam, there is no evidence. We don't send people to jail just because they "could" have robbed the bank, therefor I would judge this evidence to be invalid.

With no further points to be made, I believe I should be able to be relived of these accusations, and my status be return to normal, thank you.

I was just mocking this guy on my friends list. I wasn't actually scamming with that or anything.
I would use an alt account for that.
