Description : My friend showed me this trade on outpost, after taking a look at it I added the person who purchased the item to clarify that he paid around two keys in items for it, even after he told him "I don't have 2 buds but I can give you stuff worth more than the 2 buds. Would you like to look at my backpack and pick what you want yourself?" The victim did indeed pick out those items himself, but without knowing the actual value of them, and the value of his hat. The pictures I put up of the chatlog between the scammer and I show him admitting to taking advantage of his lack of knowledge for profit. I tried reasoning with him, possibly getting him to pay what was due, but I was not able to get through to him. Honestly I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but this person was indeed scammed in my eyes, and I felt that I should report it.

I'll try to get in contact with him, but I haven't spoken to him, and I don't think he's realized what has happened yet.

As much as this is sharking it's also not.

He said he could give stuff worth/more 2 buds but cake picked out what he wanted.

Aradicus being greedy took it.

This is more of a judgment of morals then actual sharking :/ (IMO)

After speaking to Nicky and getting a better judgement of the situation it was sharking.

Unfortunately this seems to be a shark report, Steamrep doesn't directly ban on these kind of reports but they're appreciated. However I'll have to archive your report due to this.
