That has nothing to do with Steam, it's about TARREO. A forum.
But it was a total misunderstanding, see the comments abajos all defended me.
What happened is that a guy who sold a key of Origin, never spend the money by the bank and he sent me the cd key and then closed the bank, but just end up paying.

And that person, I denounced because of something that had happened long ago. Nothing to do, so I started confudirlo .. deactivating the account should those users that sell keys and stuff. They can do that is against the rules of reselling Steam games.
