Hello, could you provide:
1.) A screenshot of your inventory history throughout the whole day showing that you never received your items
2.) A screenshot of your paypal history showing that you sent him your payments

Well this has been one hell of a rollercoaster ride.

After a couple of hours, and after me posting the link to this thread in his tf2outpost trade, he readded me and traded me the hat. He went first, and then I closed my dispute.

Sorry for the bother, but I was 100% sure that I was scammed. I think he may have gotten scared of being banned and so finally traded me.
