When this ban was filed, I didnt pay any mind to it and didnt even know until I went to a server with an auto-ban plugin. I had completed a trade with the ban-filer in question and we were both satisfied with it. I then left the server to go on to another, thereby renewing my supply of possible buyers. When the ban-filer lost the raffle that I had held, he got upset. This is understandable and is mainly the reason that I do not spycrab or participate in raffles myself. I traded the item to the Raffle winner, and then left the server, as I had previously stated. The ban-filer then took a screenshot of my leaving the server and coupled that with the trade screenshot, giving really no evidence of my supposed "scamming". While I do understand that It would be upsetting to be scammed or lose your items in a raffle (both of which I have experienced) it is very uncalled for to blame the recipient of your items (in a raffle) of scamming. I havent appealed this tag until now because I have not felt that it would come of any use to me. I just see this as something that needs to be taken care of in a professional and respectful manner. If you decide to stick with the tag that I have been given and not clear the reputation, I would understand and have no ill feelings toward anyone making the decision or anyone involved with the decision. However I would like you to take into consideration that there is no evidence against me, only a coupling of screenshots that make it seem like I am at fault. I also checked his report again just to be sure I hadnt missed anything. He states that he sent me messages and friend requests, I didnt recieve any form of communication from him. He also didnt post any evidence of my supposed "Leaving in the chaos of someone giving gifts". I quite clearly told everyone who had won and then traded for a bit after the fact. It was at that point that I left.
